The GlenDronach 19 Years Old Madeira Finish was really good, and while we’re at it, let’s try out another 19 year old expression… How about this one? GlenDronach 1995, bottled for The Whisky Store after a full maturation in Pedro Ximénez casks. Yes, this one should work.
|Bottled for:||The Whisky Store|
|Age:||19 Years Old|

A big load of sherry, very intense and fruity. Lots of cherries, alongside plums, raisins, figs, dates and orange peels. Fermented red fruits in cola syrup. Sticky tobacco. The alcohol is very well integrated.
Creamy and very intense. Chocolate pudding, cacao powder, raisins and oranges together with hints of plums. Spicy cherry tobacco and some pepper. And lots and lots of oak.
Very long and chocolaty. Honeyed espresso, spicy ginger and bitter oak.
A big and complex expression, although a bit too raw and less sherried than expected.
